Non-Printed Clothing Returns
We accept returns on all standard, non-printed clothing items within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, the clothing must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- Returned with all original tags and packaging intact
Administrative Charges: Please note that standard returns for non-printed clothing may be subject to an administrative or restocking fee. This charge covers the cost of processing the return. However, no admin charge will apply if you are returning the item because it is faulty, damaged, or if we made an error with your order.
Printed & Custom Clothing Returns
Because printed clothing is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any printed items for reasons such as incorrect sizing, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.
Exceptions for Faulty Printed Items: We will only accept returns on printed clothing if the garment itself is faulty or if there is a manufacturing defect with the print (e.g., incorrect design printed, poor print quality, or item damaged upon arrival).
Faulty or Incorrect Items (All Clothing)
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue immediately.
For faulty goods or errors on our part:
- You will receive a full refund or a free replacement.
- No administrative charges will be applied.
- We will cover the return shipping costs.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order is dispatched using a tracked shipping service and fails to arrive at its destination, we will issue a 100% full refund. If your tracking information indicates that the package is lost in transit or has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact our support team so we can investigate and process your refund immediately.
How to Start a Return or Claim
- Contact Us: Email our support team at [Insert Email Address] with your order number and the reason for your return or non-arrival claim. If an item is faulty, please attach clear photos of the defect.
- Await Instructions: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions.
- Ship the Item: Package the item securely. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in transit.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item (or confirm a lost tracked package), we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds (minus any applicable admin charges for non-faulty, non-printed items) will be processed back to your original method of payment.
